1. Our Role

Total Home Care Pros provides home-service coordination.

We connect homeowners and other customers with independent service professionals who may provide requested services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, Total Home Care Pros does not directly perform the underlying home-improvement, maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, repair, or other physical services.

Our role may include receiving your request, gathering project information, communicating with service professionals, obtaining or coordinating pricing, helping coordinate scheduling, facilitating communications, and assisting with the overall customer experience.

2. Independent Service Professionals

Services coordinated through Total Home Care Pros may be performed by independent service professionals who are not employees of Total Home Care Pros.

Each service professional is responsible for the actual work they perform, including the manner and means by which they perform the work, subject to any applicable agreement, scope of work, or requirements.

Depending on the service requested, applicable laws, regulations, and the nature of the work, service professionals may be required to maintain appropriate licenses, registrations, qualifications, or insurance.

Total Home Care Pros may establish provider qualification, documentation, insurance, or other onboarding requirements as part of its provider network.

3. Service Requests

You may submit a service request through our website, by telephone, by email, or through other available communication methods.

Submitting a request does not automatically create a service appointment or guarantee that a service professional will be available.

We may contact you for additional information, photographs, measurements, access details, or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate and coordinate your request.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a request when the requested service is outside our service area, outside our available service categories, unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable for coordination.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Total Home Care Pros generally follows a quote-first approach.

Pricing may depend on the scope of work, property conditions, materials, labor, service-provider pricing, location, timing, and other factors.

A price communicated to you is not necessarily final until the applicable scope and pricing have been confirmed.

Additional work, materials, unforeseen conditions, or changes to the requested scope may result in additional charges. We will seek appropriate authorization for material changes to the scope whenever reasonably practicable.

5. Scheduling

Any date or time you request through our website is a preference and is not a confirmed appointment unless and until we or the applicable service professional confirms the appointment.

Service availability may change because of provider availability, weather, emergencies, material availability, property conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

We may need to reschedule or modify an appointment when circumstances require it.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to coordinate your requested service.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact and property information

• Providing reasonable access to the property when required

• Disclosing known conditions that may affect the requested service

• Obtaining any permissions or approvals that are your responsibility

• Removing or securing personal property when reasonably necessary

• Following reasonable instructions provided for safety or service access

• Promptly notifying us of relevant changes to your request or property

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to request services for the property.

7. Property Access

Certain services may require access to the interior or exterior of a property.

You are responsible for providing appropriate access when required and for ensuring that any person providing access to the property is authorized to do so.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unavailable, inadequate, or inaccurate access information.

8. Payments

Payment terms will depend on the particular service and the applicable estimate, invoice, service agreement, or other written communication.

You agree to pay all amounts properly due for services you authorize.

If a service professional requires payment directly, you may be provided with instructions for making payment to that provider.

If Total Home Care Pros collects payment on behalf of or in connection with a coordinated service, applicable payment terms will be communicated before or at the time payment is requested.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requirements may vary depending on the service and service professional involved.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact Total Home Care Pros as soon as possible.

Applicable cancellation fees, deposits, material charges, or other amounts may apply when disclosed in the applicable estimate, confirmation, service agreement, or other written communication.

10. Changes to the Scope of Work

The scope of a service may change after a provider evaluates the property or begins work.

If additional work is requested or necessary because of conditions that could not reasonably be determined beforehand, additional pricing may apply.

Material changes to the scope should be communicated and approved before additional work is performed whenever reasonably practicable.

11. Customer Communications

By submitting a service request or contacting Total Home Care Pros, you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry or requested service using the contact information you provide.

Service-related communications may include telephone calls, emails, text messages, appointment updates, pricing information, confirmations, scheduling communications, and follow-ups.

Message and data rates may apply to text messages depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

12. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with or compromise website security

Because services may be performed by independent service professionals, Total Home Care Pros does not guarantee the specific outcome, workmanship, timing, or availability of services performed by an independent provider, except to the extent expressly provided in a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Total Home Care Pros and CAO Ventures, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the website or services coordinated through us, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
